- Small group training for approved applicants with 30-year-pro Kevin Knight.

- Basic holds, fundamentals, mat wrestling, character development & interview skills.

- NO high-impact, power maneuvers, flips or dives.  We teach wrestling, not gymnastics.

- Online access to IWF Training Videos with WWE Hall of Famers Tito Santana & Honky Tonk Man, and WWE Coach Dr. Tom Prichard.

- High-performing students may be selected to participate in future camps and on IWF Events.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Adults ages 18 and older can enroll after application is approved.

- No previous wrestling experience required, but a sports or fitness background is mandatory.

- You must be in good physical and mental health with no pre-existing medical conditions.

- You must commit to weight training regimen and healthy-eating lifestyle.

- You must sign athletic waiver provided by IWF Media LLC.

- Class Attire: shorts or sweatpants, t-shirt or long-sleeve shirt, knee/elbow pads optional.

- Footwear: fully laced athletic sneakers or amateur wrestling shoes.

- Gym Bag: towel, extra shirt, notebook, pen and water.  No jewelery.
