1. IWF American Champion Cyborg Rick Recon defeated Andd Bivians to retain the title. After the bout, Bivians struck Recon in the head with the American Title Belt.
2. IWF Women's Champion Vivacious Vicki defeated All-Star Michele Dee to retain the title.
3. Mad King Glenn Burgess defeated Isaiah Lewis.
4. Jay Stehle defeated Supersonic KC Bonilla.
5. Justin Bongiovi defeated Matt Quay (substitute for Sgt. Cash).
6. In a Battle of IWF Tag Team Champions, Brian and Robert Atkins wrestled to a time-limit-draw. After the final bell, both brothers refused to stop striking each other with punches. Master of Chaos Kevin Knight and Mr. Showmanship Rik Ratchet broke up the fight, the Atkins Brothers reconciled, then attacked Knight and Ratchet.
7. IWF Heavyweight Champion Live Wire Charles Gaston wrestled Dark Oracle Sage to a double disqualification and had to be separated by the entire roster as they refused to stop fighting. WWE & WCW Legend Gary Michael Cappetta served as Guest Ring Announcer for this contest.
- Golden Boy Michael Cammett, IWF Hall of Fame Class of 2021 and North Arlington High School Class of 2015, was honored during the event that raised funds for his Memorial Foundation.

3. Eloy Fiesta vs. All-Star Michele Dee in an Arm Wrestling Challenge was declared a no contest after interference by Andd Bivians. Ken Reedy served as Guest Referee.
4. IWF Heavyweight Champion Live Wire Charles Gaston wrestled Dark Oracle Sage to a draw.
5. Isaiah Lewis defeated Mad King Glenn Burgess.
6. Supersonic KC Bonilla defeated Jay Stehle (substitute for Sgt. Cash).
7. Master of Chaos Kevin Knight & Mr. Showmanship Rik Ratchet (w/ Eloy Fiesta) defeated IWF Tag Team Champions Atkins Brothers (w/ Andd Bivians) to win the titles. WWE & WCW Legend Gary Michael Cappetta served as Guest Ring Announcer for this contest.

3. 'Live Wire' - Charles Gaston & Isaih Vega defeated Montana Downs & Glenn Burgess in a Tag Team Match.
4. The Cyborg Rick Recon defeated IWF American Champion Justin Adams to win the title.
5. IWF Tag Team Champions Atkins Brothers w/ WWE Legend Dr. Tom Prichard defeated Dark Oracle Sage & Supersonic KC Bonilla w/ Eloy Fiesta to retain the titles.
6. WWE & ECW Legend Nunzio w/ All-Star Michele Dee defeated Southside Slugger Tony Graves w/ East Side Dave. WWE & WCW Legend Gary Michael Cappetta served as Guest Ring Announcer for this contest.
7. Charles Gaston won a Gauntlet Elimination Match to win the vacant IWF Heavyweight Title. Participants included Gaston, Isaih Vega, Sgt. Cash, Montana Downs, Ian Bush & Justin Adams.

1. Master of Chaos Kevin Knight defeated Justin Adams w/ East Side Dave in a Special Challenge Match.
2. Vivacious Vicki defeated Notorious Mimi and All-Star Michele Dee in a Triple Threat Elimination Match to win the vacant IWF Women's Championship. Mimi eliminated Michele, then Vicki eliminated Mimi.
3. Dark Oracle Sage & Supersonic KC Bonilla defeated Montana Downs & Glenn Burgess in a Tag Team Match.
4. IWF Tag Team Champions Atkins Brothers w/ WWE Legend Dr. Tom Prichard battled 'Live Wire' - IWF Heavyweight Champion Charles Gaston & Isaih Vega w/ WCW Legend Gary Michael Cappetta to a no-contest after interference by Montana Downs & Glenn Burgess. Gaston's Heavyweight Title was also on the line if he was pinned by either Brian or Robert Atkins.
5. WWE & ECW Legend Nunzio defeated Justin Adams. Gary Michael Cappetta served as Guest Ring Announcer for this contest.

IWF raised $6,366.35 in net proceeds for American Cancer Society from Tickets, Concessions & Golden Boy Merchandise during 24th Annual Loud & Proud Live Events at Rec Center, Nutley, NJ. Hayden’s Heart INC and Special Olympics New Jersey also each receive $586.91 from split of Golden Boy Merchandise. Marketing Muscle purchased $960 in VetTix for Military Veterans. Bloomfield & Montclair Animal Shelters each received $500 in goods and supplies collected by Noble Strength Animal Rescue Resource. Gary Michael Cappetta, Rik Ratchet and Kevin Knight contributed $500 for Michael Cammett IWF Wrestling School Scholarship. Grand Total $10,000.17 on behalf of Golden Boy.
