IWF 'I WILL NOT BREAK' Raises $4,377.84 for Greater Nutley Cancer Foundation
NUTLEY, NJ – Several new champions were crowned, making history at IWF Wrestling's 'I WILL NOT BREAK' Live Event on April 11, 2026, before a sold-out crowd at Nutley Rec Center in New Jersey.
At the milestone 30th Anniversary spectacular presented by Ocean Beach Sales & Rentals, the IWF Community of fans, wrestlers, staff and sponsors united to raise $4,377.84 for Greater Nutley Cancer Foundation. Since 2012, IWF event fundraisers have collectively raised $60,420.40 for cancer charities including GNCF and American Cancer Society.
The evening featured an action-packed Triple Main Event highlighted by two-time IWF Heavyweight Champion Dark Oracle Sage, with IWF Legend Lethal Injection Dr. Hurtz in his corner, defeating former champion All-American Brian Atkins, with East Side Dave McDonald, in a Body Bag Match to retain the title in the headline bout.
One year ago, The East Side Empire pulled a fast one as long-lost triplet 'Chip' Atkins took the Heavyweight Title from Sage in controversial fashion on April 12, 2025, in Nutley. Sage regained the title on October 4, 2025, in North Arlington after he caught and unmasked two Chip's - revealed to be Brian and twin brother Robert. Fast forward to April 11 as Sage successfully won the war once and for all by stuffing Brian Atkins inside the Body Bag.
In the next Triple Main Event contest, The Heavyweight Sean Royal beat IWF Junior-Heavyweight Champion All-American Robert Atkins, with East Side Dave, to win the title for the third time. Special Guest Referee was former two-time Junior Champion Perfect Ten Tommy Trouble.
On March 23, Robert Atkins challenged Royal for the vacant Junior Title in an amateur wrestling Dungeon Match and walked away with the gold under a cloud of controversy. On April 11, Royal got the last laugh over Atkins in the rematch to reclaim the title.
Rounding out the Triple Main Event attractions, Master of Chaos Kevin Knight defeated arch-rival First-Class Justin Adams, with East Side Dave, in a Leather Strap Match. After a wild brawl, Knight was the first combatant to consecutively touch all four turnbuckle corners to score the victory. Tommy Trouble served as guest referee for the grudge match.
The popular duo of American Bulldog Ken Reedy and The Tank Aaron Hobbs defeated Prince Malcolm III and Sgt. Cash to win the vacant IWF Tag Team Titles. Reedy and Hobbs won a number one contender's bout October 4, 2025, in North Arlington and were able to overcome longtime foes Malcolm and Cash on April 11 to take home the gold.
IWF Women's Champion All-Star Michele Dee, with IWF Hall of Famer El Famoso Eloy Fiesta by her side, overcame long-lost quadruplet All-American 'Karen' Atkins by disqualification after it was revealed by Sean Royal that 'Karen' was actually Robert Atkins under a mask and blonde wig. The win extends Dee's one-year title reign.
In another title confrontation, IWF American Champion Boriqua Pride Patrick Sanchez was successful in his title defense against The Spectacle Ezon Leverett. Sanchez extends his six-month reign that began October 4, 2025, in North Arlington.
Mike Leotis served as Ring Announcer, and Dr. Hurtz kicked off the event with The Star-Spangled Banner on guitar.
